VCC General Work Permit

To replace existing wood alleyway gate with new wood clad metal gate, per Architecture Committee approval of 02/10/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 02/27/2026. Work includes:
• Removal of existing wood gate, jambs, and header; retaining existing cast iron “window” for installation in new gate
• Installation of new wood jambs to match existing
• Installation of new V-groove Accoya wood gate with cast iron “window”, all mounted to a new metal frame concealed behind the wood
• Installation of new Locinox Vinci gate hardware in black finish with a black handle
• All repaired/replacement elements to be painted to match existing color and sheen
