HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

I am applying for and to receive a Certificate of Appropriateness to complete the work below:
1. Missing brackets at front facade.
2. Missing or deteriorated gutters and/or downspouts.
3. Deteriorated quoins at front facade.
4. Deteriorated weatherboards.
5. Deteriorated windows and window trim.
6. Deteriorated masonry and/or stucco at chain wall.
7. Removal of deteriorated awnings. This will be done once the window trim is addressed and painted.
8. Missing or deteriorated soffits and/or fascia.
9. Deteriorated flood vents.
10. All exterior repairs/work to be painted including exterior, window trim and shutters.
