VCC General Work Permit

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work.
MAIN ROOF
remove the slate and existing flashing sides and roof of all 4 dormers
install storm guard embrane
install new 16 oz copper step and apron flashing around dormers
install new 16 oz coppper Z flashings around dormers
install 16 oz copper valley metal on top of all dormers
install 16 oz copper drip edge
reinstall existing slate
REAR DEPENDENCY
remove all falshing, including wall and cap, done in deviation of prior permit
remove the parapet capping, done in deviation of prior permit
install storm gaurd membrande
install new 16 oz copper step and reglet flashings along all walls
reinstall existing slate
