VCC General Work Permit

Repairs to rear dependency per attached materials stamped VCC approved 02/05/2026.
Repoint masonry utilizing mortar mixed and applied per the VCC standard detail sheet (attached). Repair cracks above Dauphine-side second floor door openings closest to Barracks and Esplanade. Replace failed headers with new L3x3x1/4 steel angles.
Reconstruct door jamb in opening closest to Esplanade, to match existing in size, profile, dimension, attachment, reveal, material, color, finish and operation.
Any deteriorated, cracked, or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure.
All reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using VCC mortar formula (attached).
