Scope of Work
1) Siding
Remove all siding, including asbestos-containing materials per regulations.
Transport and dispose of asbestos per laws; install new Hardie siding with proper substrate prep, weatherproofing, flashing, and trim. Paint Hardie siding after installation, using a compatible exterior paint system per manufacturer recommendations. Ensure surface preparation, priming, and weather-appropriate application.
2) Roof
Remove/dispose existing roof; install new roof per manufacturer and code (underlayment, flashing, vents).
3) Subfloor
Inspect and repair subfloor
4) Repair or replace damaged trusses, and joists as needed
Repair crawl space foundation; left side elevator. Address moisture/ventilation as applicable.
Compliance & Inspections - Remove and replace
On left side elevation
Remove and Replace Foundation sills
Add support under 3 load bearing walls under house , middle and towards rear
Remove replace 20 floor joist

All work by licensed professionals; obtain required inspections (framing/structure, roofing, siding, final).
