VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to the building as per Architecture Committee approval of 01/13/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 01/29/2026. Work includes:
• Removing areas of stucco from the Ursulines elevation of the rear portion of the building, primarily between the top of the first floor windows and the bottom of the second floor windows
• Repoint/repair underlying masonry and apply new stucco, all as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Install six new 12” round tie-back plates on the Ursulines elevation of the building
• Plates to be painted to match the stucco wall
• Replace the dormer window on the Ursulines elevation as per approved plans and to match existing casement windows of the other dormers

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
