VCC General Work Permit

To install one (1) double-faced neon sign to read “House of Buns by Nice Guys NOLA” per drawings stamped VCC approved 01/15/2026:
• Sign will measure: 48” w x 36” h x 14” thickness
• Sign will hang perpendicular to the street from existing pole/bracket
• Sign will hang from chains attached to existing bracket
• Sign will have a black background with orange neon lettering
• No additional illumination or lighting is approved

Note: All existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least 8’-0” above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 4'-0" from the building face
