There are 103 one-bedroom apartments plus amenities including a community room, equipped laundry rooms, mail room, private fenced courtyard with walking paths and seating, bike parking, and EV charging stations. There is an existing building on site that was the original affordable housing and we are preserving, renovating, and making it the new leasing office. All work to be done as per plans.
