To repair/replace stucco as per materials stamped VCC approved 01/06/2026. All stucco to be mixed and applied as per VCC standard details (attached). Work includes:
• Repair/replacement of ground floor stucco on the Bourbon St. and Bienville St. elevations of the main building
• Repair/replacement of stucco on the second and third floors of the Bienville elevation of the service ell
• Repair/replacement of stucco on the part wall attached to 808 Bienville St.

NOTE: Walls of the service ell that are currently painted brick are NOT to be covered in stucco under this permit.
