VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs and correct violations to the Chartres St. elevation of the main building as per materials stamped VCC approved 01/05/2026. Work includes:
• Repair of cracked or missing stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair and repaint the trim elements to match existing
• Replace broken or missing glass in windows and doors with new clear (tempered if desired) glass if needed
• Repaint the stucco to match the existing color and sheen
• Remove unused wires and conduits from the exterior of the building

NOTES: No exposed/natural brick (Ursulines elevation) to be painted. Security camera(s) and lighting to be permitted separately.
Scope of work does not address additional violations in the rear/courtyard area of the property. These additional violations will need to be permitted separately.
