Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

#1. Replacement of some rotted exterior boards on the side of the house. Existing siding is mostly hardi-board but some wood planks remain. Wood will be replaced by new hardi-board. #2. Replacement of existing front door. Current door does not seal, is warped, and is splitting at seams. A new, solid front door manufactured by NOLA Millworks will be created and hung. #3. Movement of an existing striped-cloth awning from the back deck to the side deck entrance. Need HDLC CoA as well.
