Renovation (Structural) Permit

Proposed scope of work includes structural fire-damage repair to the existing duplex residence. Work will consist of repairing/replacing fire-damaged framing members, sheetrock, insulation, subfloor, and related structural components as needed, along with associated MEP work (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) to restore the property to habitable condition. This application covers all other structural repair work related to fire restoration. This permit is separate from Permit No. 5K6V6L, which covers only the lifting of the structure above required elevation. To be built as per plans.
