New Construction Permit

The move of the modular building was done under Permit #21-25670-TOVR and the permit was issued (see attached). In 2022 to an application for a renovation permit (Ref Code:P0RPHN) was filed for the building but the property owner (not GSS) didn’t have the funds to complete the work. Renovation permit (ref code: 1Y5NNR) was submitted in January but was denied because Jay considers the work to be new construction because the building was moved from one location to another. We are filing for a new construction permit to renovate the building and ensure building code life safety compliance for future use at its current location.
