Repairs to existing gutters, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 12/18/2025.
1. Cut/Bend the existing flashing at internal gutter on N. Rampart side of main building to eliminate gap at masonry.
2. Install lead anchor fasteners into flashings to secure.
3. Provide/Install copper counter flashing at the front right gutters.
4. Apply caulk at gutter seam to seal void where internal gutter joins half round gutter.
5. Replace slipping slate tile at the right slope with hook and bib.
6.Dispose of debris. Haul away.
