Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

In early September 2022, the Austerlitz Baptist Church had an electrical fire, and a large portion of the 2-story Church building was damaged from fire, smoke and water. The Church is dealing with their insurance company regarding repairs to the Church building, but they would very much like to be able to occupy and use the adjacent fellowship hall that was undamaged by the fire, so that they can hold prayer groups, meetings and use the commercial kitchen for congregation meals and gatherings. Entergy pulled the electrical meter after the fire, but not the gas meter. Our electrician looked at the Fellowship Hall building and determined that he can divorce the secondary power panel (for the fellowship hall) from the primary electrical service (for the Church). We are applying for a permit so that he can pull the necessary electrical permits to do so. See attached pictures of the building for your review.
