VCC General Work Permit

Renovate main building, dependency and courtyard, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 11/25/2025 & 12/05/2025, including:
Install pool in courtyard, with equipment in screened area by dependency stairs. All lines to be subterranean.
Replace inappropriate millwork and restore modified openings.
Restore 12-lite double panel French doors at Ursulines-side elevation of main building, to access courtyard at 1107 Dauphine.
Install rooftop mechanical equipment and platform, new utilities, lighting, and vents as indicated.
Reconstruct dependency stair and install new masonry fence extension at Gov. Nicholls-side of courtyard.
Carefully remove mastic from parapets and install new fluid-applied self-terminating flashing(APOC 365 rubberized flashing cement), to be evaluated as a test case per 10/21/2025 Committee approval.
NOTE: Materials include VCC staff notes throughout, which must be adhered to. All masonry work to be completed per VCC Guidelines and attached mortar and stucco handout. A separate VCC paint permit will be required.
