VCC General Work Permit

To renovate ground floor storefront of the Royal St. elevation as per Architecture Committee approval of 07/25/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 12/04/2025. Work includes:
• Demolition of the existing ground floor art deco storefront (no work to occur to existing second floor)
• Installation of two new ¼” minimum cast aluminum columns matched to the existing columns of the adjacent buildings to create three equal bays
• Installation of new single lite fixed wood transom windows and single lite wood French doors in each of the bays
• All windows and doors to feature single pane clear glazing
• All door hardware and painting to be permitted separately
