VCC General Work Permit

Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 12/04/2025. Replace existing TPO roof with fully adhered PVC Roof on main structure. Finish surface to be medium gray to minimize reflectivity. Replace existing roof on rear building with new slate roof with copper nails, flashing, counterflashing, gutters and downspouts. Replace gallery roof with new copper standing seam roof. Replace/repair slate mansard roof on main building. Tuckpoint interior parapets and install mortar dome caps. Remove any abandoned equipment on roof. Mechanical equipment approved for retention with proviso the units be relocated per attached roof plan.
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs
 All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines
 Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls
Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
