The scope includes site improvements including accessory outdoor amenities and 144 surface parking stalls, the attached building 602 parking garage consisting of 778 parking stalls with accessory amenities on the 7th floor of 602, first & second floor gray box tenant spaces of 602 and the attached building 625 parking ramp.
