Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Change of use from restaurant to bar (nightclub) for the first floor only.

The business will not occupy the second floor.

This property is subject to a Conditional Use to permit a "nightclub" on the first floor, which was adopted on December 14, 2000 (See Cal. No. 23,392; 19975 M.C.S.). In 2004, the original Conditional Use referenced above was amended by the City Council on October 7, 2004, to permit the expansion of an existing nightclub to the second floor (See Cal. No. 25,444; 021717 M.C.S.). In. 2015, the property was converted to a restaurant renovated. The Plans approved by the City are attached to this application. No other work has been done to the first floor since the 2015 renovation according to the approved plans. In 2020, the second floor only was licensed as an Art Gallery.
