1- On furthest back of two lean-to additions: replace all piers, floors, walls, and roof due to foundation insecurity and wall/floor rot. Extend back wall by approximately 2 feet. Keep historic weatherboard siding that is in tact. Replace and repair damaged weatherboard with comparable siding. Keep historic 6/6 windows with wooden trim. Replace roof with single seam metal, comparable to existing roof. 2-On lean-to closest to historic core of home: replace rotted weatherboard siding with comparable siding; replace roof with new, comparable single seam metal roof. 3- On side hall: enclose 14 feet of 53 foot side hall, leaving 39 feet of side hall exposed; match new weatherboard siding to rest of home; replace vinyl 6/6 window with historically-appropriate window with wooden trim; keep existing wooden shutter; add exterior wooden, classical revival-style door on hall to match historic core of home and mirror the primary entrance door.
