Remove old slate roof and felt down to bare decking. Install 15/32 cdx plywood over entire roof using 3” ring shank nails every 4” on every roof joist. Install GAF stormguard over entire roof. Fabricate and install copper drip edge on all rakes and eves. Install new slate using copper nails. Install new ridge tiles on all hips and ridges using 6” stainless steel screws. Install new copper flashing around chimneys and install copper caps on chimneys. Use cement to seal ridge tiles. Remove old roofing material off rear lean to roof. Install 15/32” cdx plywood over roof using 3” ring shank nails every 4” on every roof joist. Install drip edge on rakes and eves. Install SA Pro Peel and stick base and caps sheet over roof.
