SCOPE OF WORK
THE MAJORITY OF THE STRUCTURE IS EXISTING AND IS OCCUPIED. THE STRUCTURE WILL REMAIN OCCUPIED DURING CONSTRUCTION AND ALL LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS SHALL REMAIN FUNCTIONAL. WHEN TIE-IN TO EXISTING LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS IS REQUIRED, NOTIFY OWNER.

PROJECT SCOPE IS LIMITED TO INSTALLING HVAC SYSTEMS, INSULATION, AND EGRESS STAIRS FROM THE SECOND FLOOR. SECOND FLOOR IS CURRENTLY MOTHBALLED BUT WILL BE USED FOR STORAGE AFTER STAIRS ARE INSTALLED.

PRIOR SCOPE OF WORK
RESTROOMS AND A MOP ROOM WERE BUILT OUT UNDER ONE PERMIT FILE WHILE A KITCHEN AND BAR WERE BUILT OUT UNDER ANOTHER PERMIT FILE. THE SECOND FLOOR WAS MOTHBALLED UNDER A PRIOR SCOPE OF WORK DUE TO LACK OF SUFFICIENT EGRESS.
