Structural renovation of an existing 3-stry building (Building A) to be a total of 141,844sqft of mixed use and all related site work. Building B at 4401 Calliope St to be covered under permit 21-25057

Pool not covered under this permit, will require separate pool permit.

DOCUMENTATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH CODES ADOPTED SINCE THIS APPLICATION ARE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE STAMPED DRAWINGS
