Repair or replace portions of damaged wood weatherboards and wood fascia boards/trim.
Remove existing wall-mount porch light fixture and junction box.
Repair shiplap siding.
Furnish and install three new recessed downlights in the existing soffits.
Replace missing porch finial and repair damaged decorative millwork.
Repair and rehang existing wood panel front door and replace existing wood threshold.
Remove existing wall-mount side gallery light fixtures and junction boxes. Repair wood siding.
Replace/repair gallery decking with Aeratis PVC decking (pending HDLC Commission approval.)
Repair/replace gallery column bases, balustrade, pickets and wood stairs.
Clean and prepare all wood surfaces for new paint to match existing colors.
Secure all gutter and downspout connections.
