Along the primary facade (Perrier Street), (1) existing porch damaged by a fallen tree is replaced with (1) new covered porch, and (2) existing opening are modified into a larger, single opening with a swinging exterior door and (2) sidelites. In the rear yard and not visible from the public right of way, (1) existing exterior porch will be enclosed to create an interior hallway with new exterior glazed door and sidelites. (1) existing stair is replaced by a new deck and expanded exterior stair to increase connection to the rear yard from the kitchen, and (1) existing non-compliant deck stair is replaced with a new code-compliant stair. Along the existing rear deck, (2) existing exterior windows are modified to create exterior doors that offer a more straightforward connection between the interior spaces and the existing off-street parking and driveway.
