VCC General Work Permit

To replace dormer windows and second floor shutters as per materials stamped VCC approved 11/05/2025. Work includes:
• Replacement of the bottom sash only of one dormer window on the Orleans elevation of the main building to match existing
• Reglazing the rest of the dormer window as needed
• Replacement of the fixed louvered shutters on the second floor of the Burgundy elevation of the main building to match existing
• Replacement of both atypical rear dormer windows on the main building with new double hung, true divided lite, six over six wood windows
• All repair/replacement elements to be painted to match existing colors and sheens
