HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

Replace in kind the wooden fence @ rear of property from 7' to 8'. Will add cap as required. Per the old COA 20-27991-HDLC 05/31/2020. See pics attached. This is why I added the extra 12 to fence. I live near a jungle. I have added extra termite traps from Terminix for active termites and 2 rats boxes alone the fence line both inside back yard and alone the sideway near power gate. The structure is falling down in his backyard w/ tires, old wood and metal, etc. All the trees are overgrown and all over my fence line w/ vines. I spend 100's of dollars on weed killer and had their tree trimmed about 2 yrs ago... costing me over $1,500 out of my pocket that's over my new carport metal shed. I also own 338/340 Pacific Ave... Same deal weeds all over and out of control w/ the house behind me is the same as behind 342/344... old shed falling down, missing plywood, etc. weeds all over the fence and overgrown tree in my backyard. That's the issues I'm having, trying to keep up w/ my properties and getting a letter and the houses around me are falling down and nothing being done. The house @ 400 Atlantic is an eye sore; it's falling down and keeping getting worst. windows are boards up, grass 24 inch tall, it's been like that for 10/15 yrs since the storm the same old look. I'm spending thousands of dollars upgrading my properties and get in trouble. Chad, please call to discuss the height of the fence. Can i put a bigger trim board @ top to look smaller from street view?
