VCC General Work Permit

Work to address violations on front elevation, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 11/03/2025:
Remove vegetation from masonry. Cut vegetation down and apply a weed and grass killer.
Remove dead roots after 1-2 days. Install new VCC mortar (formula attached) as needed where deteriorated
Replace missing Toulouse-side leaderhead with new copper leaderhead to mirror the existing funnel on the St. Peter side.
Replace two sections of 4" round copper downspout. Install new square cast iron boot per attached. Paint boot to match existing wainscotting (previously permitted as "Elberta Peaches (Coronado #7961), flat or satin finish")
Replace missing balcony trim to match existing in size, profile, dimension, material. color and finish.
