Renovation (Structural) Permit

We hereby propose to furnish the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following scope of work:

Exterior:
Pressure wash exterior
Stucco front and sides
Repair rear siding and paint
New siding on garage and paint
Replace garage doors
Replace roof

Interior:
Totally gut the interior to the studs
Rewire the entire home and bring up to code due to aluminum wiring
Remove wall in between living and Den
Repair minor termite damage
Re-install all drywall, trim and doors
Paint total interior
Replace all tubs, toilets, cabinets and fixtures in baths
Replace all light fixtures
Replace all kitchen cabinets, appliances and fixtures
Replace all flooring

HVAC:
Replace entire HVAC system
