To make repairs to building and correct VCC violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 10/31/2025. Work includes:
• Replacing the balcony decking on the Conti facing balcony of the main building with new 5/4 x 4 wood tongue and groove floorboards, painted to match the existing colors
• Replacement of rotten or missing fascia boards with new boards that match the existing detailing
• Removal of razor wire from the rear building balcony
• Repair/replacement of door trim elements on the ground floor door on the Burgundy elevation of the main building
• Removal of reflective material from a window on the rear building. Installation of shutters on this window to exactly match the adjacent shutters
• Replacement of a missing railing spindle to match the adjacent spindles
• Installation of glass where missing at a transom window. Window to be properly glazed and the glazing painted to match the trim.
NOTE: Security cameras to be applied for and permitted separately. Not approved under this permit.
NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
