VCC General Work Permit

To renovate the various buildings on the property as per Architecture Committee approval of 07/15/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/30/2025. Work includes:

• Repair/replacement of all exterior windows/doors/shutters to match existing unless otherwise noted in the plans - Contractor to look to repair all existing exterior millwork where feasible. Total replacement of millwork will only be done when existing millwork is completely unsalvageable.
• Construction of a new exterior wood egress stair at the Conti end of the service ell building
• Construction of new 42” rail guardrails at rear balconies

NOTE: All exterior painting to be reviewed and permitted separately. Door hardware to be permitted separately.
