Owner Statement - After the Fact Renovation
I, Tiffany Marcelle, am the current owner of the property located at 2438 A.P. Tureaud Avenue in New Orleans. The property was purchased in a renovated condition; however, it has come to my attention that the previous owner completed renovations without securing the required building permits.

I am now working in good faith with a licensed Louisiana contractor, Ashton Thompson, to bring the property into full compliance with the City of New Orleans Department of Safety & Permits. The renovations were non-structural in nature and include painting, flooring installation, cabinet and fixture replacement, bathroom remodeling, and other cosmetic improvements within the existing footprint. No structural changes, additions, or exterior alterations have been performed. This application is to bring the property into compliance for previously completed work.
