1- Heavily spray Mold Stat an EPA certified mold killer 3-5 separate times over all wood members, floors, and equipment in the attic before starting any work, due to finding Stachybotrys in your mold report. Use negative pressure HEPA systems to exhaust air out of attic while working.Ref code KNU5VS
2- While removing the floorboards on the attic floors we will spray mold stat again and soak the old dirty insulation with a wetting agent, so the mold spores will be contained and will be less likely to go airborne.
3- Once the insulation is vacuumed with an enclosed 300- foot suction hose into our box truck with a 27 Hp Honda vacuum we will spray with Mold Stat again heavily over the entire attic.
4- Spray JO Max and RMR a certified EPA disinfectant and scrub with deck brushes.
5- For extra precaution once everything is cleaned, we will spray heavily Shockwave an EPA registered microbial disinfectant MFG by Fiberlock Technologies on all wood members in both attics, laundry room and shed in addition to Mold Stat.
6- Install separate independent electrical circuits with breakers in the panel to accommodate the negative pressure, HEPA filtration systems while mold remediation is taking place.
7- Bring in Rental, 3 commercial dehumidifiers, 5-HEPA air filtration
systems, 2-HEPA vacuums, 3- Negative air pressure machines
to exhaust all the contaminated air from the home during the
entire process while we are working. (Set up & break down)
