VCC General Work Permit

To weld new steel supports to the back side of the existing gallery ironwork at the second floor, per Architecture Committee approval of 10/21/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/23/2025. Work includes:
• Welding a total of four new 1-1/2” x ½” flat bars with two at each of the two center cast iron gallery columns
• New flat bars to be painted flat black to match the existing ironwork
To make cosmetic repair to previously approved fiberglass column at the ground floor, per materials stamped VCC approved 10/23/2025. Work includes:
• Fiberglass fabric repair to conform to the existing fluted design
• Painting the post flat black to match existing
