Renovation: Selective demolition and general repairs

Repair roof. – Light sanding to panels to remove rust. Spot prime. Check screws and tighten as needed. Install elastomeric pruner coat. Install elastomeric top coat. Change 6 clear panels. Fabricate and install 70 lf gable end cap. Fabricate and install 70 lf gutter between buildings.
Install scuffer and downspout, Fabricate and install 70 lf box gutter. Install downspout. Reinforce gutter and coat with roof coating.
Tuck point open joints in CMU walls.
Remove left rear roll-up door and replace with CMU block wall.
In CMU in-fill, install window, fixed louver and electric wall fan.
