Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

The project involves interior and exterior non-structural renovations to a two-unit residential property at 1015-17 N. Galvez Street, New Orleans, LA. Work will include general repairs and upgrades to finishes, fixtures, and systems without altering the building's structural framing or load-bearing components. Scope includes:
 • Replace interior finishes such as flooring, drywall, paint, cabinetry, and trim.
 • Upgrading of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
