Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Scope of Work
The project will include the removal and replacement of damaged exterior components to restore and improve aesthetics. Work will consist of the following:

Siding Trim – Remove and replace existing trim with new 1" x 8" fiber cement trim boards to ensure long-term durability and resistance to weathering.

Sheathing – Remove and replace deteriorated sheathing with ½" CDX fire-treated plywood to provide a stable, fire-resistant substrate for exterior finishes.

Lap Siding – Remove and replace exterior siding with 6" fiber cement lap siding, enhancing both appearance and weather protection.

Exterior Painting – Apply two coats of premium exterior paint to all newly installed siding and trim for a uniform, protective finish.
