VCC General Work Permit

To install new mechanical equipment in the courtyard as per Architecture Committee approval of 06/24/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/15/2025. Work includes:

The construction of a new 5’10 w x 3’9” d x 10’ tall wood framed mechanical enclosure
• Wood enclosure to house a total of four AC condensers
• Wood mechanical rack to be clad in 2x12 horizontal wood boards with beveled top and bottom edges
• All wood to be painted to match the existing adjacent concrete/stucco surfaces

The installation of three new AC condensers on the roof of the existing courtyard gazebo type structure
• Rooftop units to be screened with new stucco wall with scoring pattern to match the adjacent wall
• New stucco wall to be painted to match the adjacent existing stucco wall

All associated line sets to be run as discretely as possible and within a new metal line set cover. Line set cover to be painted to match the adjacent surface.
NOTE: This work is being done in conjunction with the removal/relocation of existing mechanical equipment from the roof of the neighboring building at 527 Dumaine St.
