The scope of work includes repairing termite-damaged wood components within the existing building footprint, as well as repairing roof damage caused by the recent storm(s). Drywall repairs will be completed where damage occurred from both termite activity and storm impact. Built-in closets will be added to each of the existing bedrooms. The entire interior of the house will be painted, and any damaged exterior siding will be repaired or replaced as needed. New flooring will be installed throughout the home, with new tile flooring specifically installed in the bathrooms. Additionally, all existing exterior doors and windows will be replaced with new, energy-efficient units
