To repost fence and replace old lattice work with new lattice work (grandfathered in), except smaller openings, as per the survey I did before original placement.

I may make a private fence in back and up side to behind water spigot attached to house, and put up a new gate behind water spigot, and leave side front open from there because I need mud space on other side of cement to place ladder to do gutter work, which involves me climbing a steep ladder twice a year to clean due to neighbors' golden raintrees dumping flowers and leaves in the fall into my gutters.

If this is the scenario, I will have to still tear out old fence along the side of the house, which would mean it would be open after the gate. I am not thrilled about this because of the horrible neighbor lady and her trying to say my property ends at alleyway, which is a lie. I paid a surveyor and ran a line, which she cut; and we had to tie more string from post to post that surveyor found. I fear that is all she would leave me if she put something up. Suggestions are welcome, please.

Can I just add more chicken wire there? That would keep my dog on my property. I have been trying to keep it together after having a thieving repeat offender, adding cameras and trying to fix fence. She yelled at my guy today, who came to check out the fence re: paperwork, etc.
