VCC General Work Permit

To correct work without permit and demoition by neglect violations, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 10/15/2025, including:
Replace balcony decking per attached VCC typical detail sheet.Paint top and sides medium gray, paint underside white.
Replace roof drain at Royal-side sidewalk.
Remove top bar and closer at alcove gate.
Reinstall existing shutters and install new shutters to match existing as needed.
Remove vinyl windows and install new Spanish cedar or mahogany windows with true divided lites and single glazing. All millwork to match existing in size, profile, dimension, detail, attachment, function, operation, reveal, color, material and finish.
Repair stucco as indicated, per VCC mortar and stucco handout.
