If the front and/or rear of the structure is enclosed and is below the lowest horizontal member requirement of +18 NAVD- IT MUST BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED WITH BREAK-AWAY WALLS.

NEED COMPLIANT FEMA EC BFE +18.0 NAVD LOWEST HORIZONTAL MEMBER AND V ZONE CERTIFICATE FOR FINAL. Any walls below BFE +18 lowest horizontal member must be designed as break-away walls in accordance with FEMA NFIP regulations.
