VCC General Work Permit

To renovate campus of buildings (533 Royal St, 714 Toulouse, 718 Toulouse, 722 Toulouse, 726 Toulouse) as per Architecture Committee approvals of 07/23/2024 & 05/20/2025, Vieux Carre Commission approval of 08/21/2024, and materials stamped VCC approved 09/24/2025. Work includes:
• Installation of new glass over panel doors on the ground floor of the Royal St elevation of 533 Royal St.
• Installation of a glass roof enclosure at the small courtyard of 714 Toulouse, converting this small courtyard to interior space
• Creation of a new wall opening between the main building of 714 Toulouse and the courtyard space of 718 Toulouse
• Construction of a new two-story rear building behind 722 Toulouse
• Creation of a new wall opening in the carriageway of 722 Toulouse into the main building of 722 Toulouse
