Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Work per attached materials stamped VCC approved 12/16/2022, including roof replacement on main building & rooftop addition, stair and rail reconstruction, new mechanical equipment, stucco repair, window replacement, and masonry repair.

All mortar to be mixed using the VCC recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part Portland Cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. The resulting mix should range in color from off-white to beige but should not be grey in color.
TPO must be medium to dark gray to minimize reflectivity. White TPO not approved.
Shop drawings must be submitted for new railings prior to fabrication & installation.
