VCC General Work Permit

To repair building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 08/24/2022. Work includes:
• Repair damaged/rotten balcony decking with new matching wood tongue and groove decking
• Reinstall/replace missing or damaged roof shingles with matching roof shingles
• Replace chimney caps to match existing or previously existing
• Repair windows including replacing any broken/missing/cracked glazing with new clear glass (tempered if desired), replace damaged wood to match existing and paint
• Replace all missing shutters to match existing shutters
• Remove all unpermitted lighting and install new lighting as per plans

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
