The NAICS Code for this is: 813110 . WE DO NOT CURRENTLY PLAN ON HAVING ANY WORK DONE AND CERTAINLY NOTHING "STRUCTURAL." If / when we do, we will apply for any and all appropriate permits. So I do not see why we would need to sign an "affidavit" claiming this. FURTHERMORE: your page leading to the mentioned affidavit leads to an ERROR Page that claims: "404, Page Not Found." So, please do not hold this against us or hold us up on such a technicality. Please contact us ASAP if there is any further action needed on this or anything else here. Thank You.
