Renovation (Structural) Permit

1) Replace “6” titled pier systems on home.

2) Replace all damaged sill on home with pressured lumber.

3) Sister all rotted floor joist on home with new pressure treated lumber.

4) Stucco based chimney bases.

5)  Stabilize slab in back addition by building footing.

6) Footing will measure 16” D x 26” W x 26” L with #5 steel reinforce rebar and poured with 4,000 PSI concrete, all piers will measure 8” x 24” CMU. Pier blocks are built to sill and shimmed with concrete board and capped aluminum termite pans with hurricane straps on perimeter piers, or per engineer specs.
