Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

I am repairing and replacing the roof over my bathrooms, updating the roofing from rusted corrugated metal to asphalt shingles over 3/4 in. plywood. I also intend to extend the roof over the bathrooms on the back (North) side of the house to the entire width of the home, so that the back doors and windows have some protection from the weather. As a result of the process, I will create shade and funnel rainwater that would fall on an impermeable surface in my back yard into a rain garden via gutters and downspouts. I also intend to put solar panels on top of the roof, so I am hoping to maximize the surface area for those as well.
