1) Exterior front wall:
a. Replace rotted fascia - front of house (28 ft. length).

2) Exterior side wall (St. Philip St. side):
a. Repair/replace weather boards @ various locations, remove and realign rear
corner casing (height = 10 ft.).
b. Replace 34” lower window casing to match existing (3 locations).

3) Exterior side wall (Dumaine St. side):
a. Repair 3 ea. 2 x 10 joists and renew adjacent wall framing @ approx. 3 ft.
(height) x 6 ft. (wide) opening.
b. Repair/replace weather boards @ approx. 3 ft. (height) x 6 ft. (wide) opening.
c. Replace 34” lower window casing to match existing (2 locations).
d. Repair/replace weather boards @ various locations.

4) Exterior rear wall (gable area, below main roof):
a. Repair/replace weather boards @ various locations.
